Competency comes from the word competence which means the ability to do something successfully and efficiently. Competency is the capability, proficiency, skill, mastery, talent and etc.
In this context of competency of women in entrepreneurship, we will discuss the ability of women to be successful in entrepreneurship.
There are so many inspiring successful figures in entrepreneurship such as Estee Lauder, the famous cosmetic brand, Zhang Xin the founder of SOHO China, the remarkable Oprah Winfrey and many more.
Men and women can definitely look up for those figures to enhance themselves to fully utilize their capabilities to become successful.
